ARPA Non-Profit Facility Master Rehabilitation Plan Assistance Informational Session
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Housing and Revitalization Department (HRD) is inquiring with qualified Non-Profit Organizations to obtain technical service assistance in creating a Master Rehabilitation Plan (Master Rehab Plan) for their facility.
If your non-profit organization is based/ headquartered in Detroit and is interested in learning about the following topics for this project, please attend this outreach:
- Master Rehabilitation Plan process
- Benefits and needs for a Master Plan
- How an Owner’s Rep will be of assistance
- Program requirements and qualifications upon application process
Attendees of the outreach event will have the opportunity to meet the Owner’s Representative and City of Detroit HRD and OCP employees.
Priority Assistance Due Date: March 31, 2023, 4:00 PM
Application Submission Period: Ongoing until December 31, 2024
